Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

Clients must provide written notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled service may qualify for partial credit or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled service may forfeit deposits or payments already made.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Business Cancellations

Pfozjéra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, illness, unsafe conditions, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, clients will be offered a reschedule option or applicable refund.

 

Content & Promotional Terms

By working with Pfozjéra, clients understand and agree that:

• Promotional content may be shared across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, or digital marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Creative direction, posting style, captions, and presentation remain at the discretion of Pfozjéra unless discussed prior.

• Results such as attendance, engagement, sales, or visibility cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided for promotions is accurate and up to date.

 

Personalized Itinerary Services

Customized itineraries are created based on client preferences, budgets, interests, and available information at the time of planning.

Clients understand that:

• Recommendations are based on personal experience, research, and publicly available information.

• Pricing, hours, reservations, availability, and business operations may change without notice.

• Clients are responsible for confirming reservations, travel requirements, accessibility needs, and final booking details.

Pfozjéra is not responsible for third-party businesses, services, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or experiences related to recommendations provided.

 

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pfozjéra shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of profits, business, data, or opportunities

• Event cancellations or venue-related issues

• Third-party services, restaurants, hotels, transportation providers, or vendors
